  • Steak, chips, peas and creamy pepper sauce after gym.   This is how my shopping looks liek for the weekend. Looks like mostly beer and pancake menu people   Just to let my american and european followers know what waking up in a UK summer is really like....   Sunday dinner chicken seasoned with salt, pepper and cajun spices, then onion, butter and olive oil
